As a small business owner I made an Investment in a Vinyl plotter for adding our sponsor's Logo's as well as our own, And for whatever need arises. I owned my plotter for 11 months with out being able to even use it, We had a PC Linking error, then Moved shop location , no Internet @ new location, It was horrible, But the whole time Brian Hahn was right there with us, He would call in just to check on our Internet status, After receiving a new motherboard for the plotter Everything just feel into place. Brian would work from his house after hr's to Train us and make Sure we where Happy and Cutting away. I felt I made a BAD business investment for the last 11 months. If it wasn't for CutterPros Tech assistant and Customer service I wouldn't be here now.
