Cartoon Vegas has two parts: 1: A retail location on the very top of the Stratosphere Las Vegas. A caricature artist is available from 10:30 to Midnight, every day of the week, to draw cartoons of tourists and locals. 2: A website, where customers can submit their photographs to be turned into caricatures or book us for events.
