The doctor is acceptable. However, the billing director is a real issue and liability. My mother had an appointment that was made a year in advance and they claimed to have called to confirm the appointment. However, we called them and they had the wrong contact information and were still charging a 50 dollar no-show fee. We attempted to resolve the issue in a fair discussion, but the billing director was absurdly unreasonable and did not allow us to prove with phone records that they did not call and leave a message to confirm the appointment. Also, she would not allow me to speak with the doctor upon request. Moreover, being in the midst of a global pandemic with people dying left and right, these people are interested only in money and provided no proof that they contacted us for an appointment made a year in advance(8/2019). We will seek another ophthalmologist. Approach with caution. They will threaten your credit.
