I have never had to deal with a company like this before. They have not once answered the phone and communicate through text if they even respond to you. The person on the texts I received was so rude and mean to me. I have scheduled multiple appointments to fix my ice maker and they have not once shown up or called to say they weren't coming. Never ever use them for any service you need. The only reason we used them in the first place is because the warranty on our fridge.

This the worst company you think of to do business with. They must not know how to use a phone because they never call you, I do not know if English is not their first language or they are affair to speak to a human, but either way this is unprofessional, and they are referred by the manufacturer. They do know how to text and lie, how to lead you on, and then probably (which I will never do) hook you for some up-front money and never show up. Need to report them to the BBB and SOS for NC.

Stay away! Warren has provided the worst customer communication, charged us for expedited service fees only to now refuse to refund us! DO NOT even consider talking this guy! A waste of time .... we will be filing a filing law suit against him for his lack of honesty and no communication..... 3 weeks after we paid him and nothing! Stay away! I grew up in EC and He won’t even return calls after we cancelled any additional service from him and requested a refund. Silence!!! Do not use Master Care service or Alexander’s Appliance service and be sure you do no business with Wasren and Joyce Alexander out of Elizabeth City. You will not be happy!
