ZERO STARS!!!!!!!.. THE WORST COMPANY EVER TO DEAL WITH... DOESN'T ANSWER THE PHONE.. CAME TO MY HOME 24HRS LATER THAN SCHEDULED & FIXED NOTHING!!!!.. A LAZY LAZY MAN.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.. I WISH LOWES WOULD GET RID OF HIM. SPEAKING WITH THEM THEY KNOW HE DOES A POOR JOB TOO.. HOW IN THE WORLD HAS HE BEEN IN BUSINESS 50 YEARS I WILL NEVER KNOW.. IF CALL THE MANUFACTURER & THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO SEND MASTERCARE, PUSH FOR SOMEONE ELSE PLEASE!!.. HE IS NOT GOING TO SHOW & IF HE DOES HE IS NOT GOING TO FIX ANYTHING!!!!!!! THEN YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO ESCALATE YOUR SITUATION.. MASTERCARE IS THE WORST!!!

I wish I could leave a MINUS 10 review. these people should be shut down. A business that uses voice mail then will not talk to a customer when they call. I wasted all day for a no show. I will make every attempt to notify the manufacture of my refrigerator, so they stop using them for warranty service

Wish I could give them a zero, absolutely worst, three no-shows, cannot talk to a person, does not return calls, if you can possibly leave a message, because the voicemail is almost always full. No clue how they should be in business
