It is also helpful to have a neutral place to discuss thoughts and feelings as well as some difficult issues away from your home. Teens can have so many issues effecting their lives and having a place to talk about their thoughts and feelings in a safe atmosphere can be helpful to sort things out and work on ways to coping with it all.
