Just had my first visit with Dr. Fergus. He is a total professional. He is the first dentist to take me seriously when I explained that Novacaine doesn't work well for me. He managed his staff with calm ease. When he got to work preparing my tooth for a crown, it was painless, focused and fast. I have total confidence in my new dentist.
