This company is a terrible company. Jeremy, the newer owner, doesn't return calls, doesn't care for their customers, and simply doesn't do what he says he is going to do. His employees, Linda and Ashley, simply cover for him, won't or can't answer basic questions, or simply doesn't care as well. This company was working on a product under warranty which took almost four months to complete. Not because it was hard, but because they simply wouldn't get the job done. The company carries an F rating by the BBB and is being dropped as a primary provider of service for many brands. Do not use CPAC Mowers in Centerpoint, Alabama
