I was recommended to this company through some friends of ours and started out very good with the travel arrangements when working with Pam. Trina on the other hand was another story. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend working with this company ever in the future. I have not had to deal with anyone with as much unprofessionalism, rude behavior, disrespectful, and unorganized. Nothing was ever completed in a timely manner and the communication was terrible unless dealing with Pam. It was very unfortunate that Trina traveled along with us and then ruined our Big Day for us by slandering our names at the pool to the other vacationers and then continuing to bad mouth our entire group and then harass me months later after we've now come home.
