We were always hesitant to start taking credit cards, however we decided it was finally time to take a serious look at it because more and more customers were requesting this payment option. As such, we decided to talk with Merchant Industry customer service staff based on the other business owner recommendation. We couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism and care Merchant Industry provided us throughout the entire process. They were very patient and thorough in explaining every detail since this was all new to us. Plus they were able to offer exceptional rates.
By setting up the 2 merchant accounts we were able to drastically speed up our Accounts Receivable because we no longer have to send an invoice and wait for payment via the mail. Now we simply get our customer's credit card information and then run the transaction after services are rendered. The money hits our accounts 24 hours later. We couldn't be happier with the decision all around.
