Although the tuning didn't work out. we were able to resolve the issue privately.

"Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.  I appreciate the partial refund.  It is disappointing that we could not make this endeavor work to our mutual advantage. When should I expect the refund? And in what amount?" To which he responded " I have considered it but you have left out my charged for consultation and time spent with you. When can I expect that payment? I expect I have around 6 plus hours at $85 hour and reschedules due to the kit not being ready twice. So two reschedules at 50 each. I will agree to give back the tuning cost only in return you pay me for the time I spent dealing with this. As far as a refund I will refund your money for the tune when you pay me for the consultations and missed appointments. "  (I cancelled those appointments weeks in advance) I responded " You want me to pay you 610 so that you can refund me 600? " To which he responded with " That's right. My consultation fees cost. That was a courtesy since you were a customer. Now that want a refund I will have to implement the fees associated with the project. " Yes, you read that right, he created psuedo charges, and wanted me to pay him $610  for a $600. Overall I have been unimpressed with Henson's tuning, social interactions, and business sense. He also deleted his youtube video and any reference of my car in a futile attempt to avoid the onslaught of negative comments that would be headed this way.
