Hilary Vesell is a trial attorney, specializing family law matters and civil litigation. Hilary has BA in psychology and MA in clinical psychology both from Columbia University. Her JD is from the University of Miami, School of Law. Hilary represents clients in all family law matters including child custody cases, parental alienation cases, domestic violence issues, and protection from abuse orders (PFAs). she also represents clients in support and divorce matters as well as with prenuptial agreements. Hilary has written several articles that were published in the Pennsylvania Lawyer and Pennsylvania Bar Association Quarterly. These articles are on the topics of mental illness in the legal system, co-parenting in custody cases, prenuptial agreements, and parental alienation. Hilary was selected by the Judges of the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas to sit on the 2019-2020 Arbitration Board. Hilary is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts. She is also admitted to the United States Federal District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of the United States and. Hilary is a member of the PBA House of Delegates as well as a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association.
