THE worse company in the WORLD! The Owners and workers of this company don't care about their customers! they don't respond to customer emails, calls, etc. I've sent numerous emails and they've all gone unanswered! Dusty Hill if you think I'm going away! THINK again! Your success is due to your customers and ignoring me isn't the answer!

I agree with the above comment! It’s too bad their sales department is rude, unorganized and ill mannered- Small businesses are what made them today! I am so disappointed by their service- it’s unfortunate because they have a beautiful line but HORRIBLE customer service- They’re always late on orders, never, respond to emails, great at making false accusations, and never have stock! I am horrified at the customer service SERRI HILL prides them in. To top it off they are so judgemental and discriminating. So sad that such a sweet lady and a "family" operated busniess has such people working for them!
