I ordered the "Assault Bald Eagle Decoy" online. Strangely, I never received a confirmation (text or email) that my order was received. Two weeks later I received my Visa statement showing that Ure-A-Duck had charge my account $178.85 on the day I ordered. Over the next week I emailed them twice and phoned them well over a dozen times. I received no response from either email and not one phone call was ever answered (and) as an added bonus, they have no system for leaving a phone message....the phone line just goes dead after 15-rings. They have taken my money and obviously have no intentions of ever shipping me my decoy or refunding my money. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and their States Attorney Generals Office. Do Not Purchase Any Items from URE-A-DUCK DECOYS!!!
