To whom it may concern; I am contacting you to find out if any settlement offer's have been thought about regarding my lacerated finger before I make any attempt to contact a lawyer. I have suffered greatly with pain and also with the lack of use I now have of my finger due to the accident. I also have two statements from Iberia Medical Center that I would need to be included in the settlement. I am unable to work at this time and will seek workmans comp.
