Juston and his crew did a fabulous job of setting up our Brunswick Gold Crown 9' pool table. They were extremely knowledgeable and did the little extra things that made us feel relaxed and at ease, knowing we had the right people doing the job. That kind of work ethic combined with old-fashioned integrity is hard to find anymore. Having had other vendors do work for me in the past, I am most impressed with Pro-Billiards in that they did not cut corners and did what they said they would do. Every detail was 100% correct and above my best expectations. We were also impressed how Juston and Todd both seemed to value our business and appreciate us as customers, and they were genuine and sincere about every part of what they did. They have a real passion for the service business and it shows in their quality results at the end of the job. Out of the 27 tables they had in stock, the one we got was exactly what we had in mind.
