I have not been able to get a hold of this Property Manager, who manage the property I currently live in. I have 22 complaints that I have not been able to get rectified through Autumn Ridge Apartments in Citrus Heights, California. The major problem is the windows in Apartment 201, 6151 Shadow Lane, Apt. 201, Citrus Heights. The windows have "mold" growing inside the dual pane, there is condensation and they leak on the "inside"? I have been coughing for 3 months now and I have complained from the first week I moved in in May 2011. Autumn Ridge has done nothing about my complaints but move "punks" in to the adjacent apartments who keep "saying things that are not nice" to me, throwing garbage outside my apartment, putting nasty notes on my door, repeatedly calling the Citrus Heights police on me, and harassing me, its been a nightmare. I asked to move into another apartment and I was told by Autumn Ridge management I had to pay $250 to change apartments including all other fees. This is a very bad management company that "control" their tenants, and certain tenants in the building "help them" to "control" residents at this "facility." Its not even like a home, it feels like I'm in prison here...I have been spit on, feces thrown at my window, one of the residents recently had a gun and was waving it in the "air" towards me and my 16 year old daughter. Very very unpleasant, unfair, illegal and out of proper order for society, period.
