Established August 2008, CEPI is a Public Charitable Organization with 501(c)3. We Provide Disaster Preparedness, grassroots community development, alternative education, and social development programs to enhance the lives of children, youth, adults, and families.We Serve | The Capital Region of New York State, and has an established National, and International presence through partnerships and leveraging with NGOs, CBOs, Universities, and Health Care Providers.
