I bought my Dream Box directly off the company's website. But they do not have any way to leave a new review on their website that I can find (even though their website shows over 1700 positive reviews), and they have not replied to my question about how/where to enter a review. So I am entering it here in hopes that anyone who is thinking of spending $3000+ on a piece of furniture will be doing a lot of research and will see this review. I bought the Dream Box (the largest, most expensive piece of furniture they sell) as well as the Dream Cart (smaller, more mobile item that fits together with the Dream Box table). I got them during the huge Black Friday sale, so the highly discounted price I paid was $3503. That's a lot of money, and for that amount of money, an item should be delivered appropriately, should have reasonable assembly instructions, should not be missing any parts, and should have some customer service to back it up if there are any questions or problems. Unfortunately, none of the above was true in my case. 1) It took over a month for me to receive the item in the first place. 2) The crate being delivered weighed over 800 pounds and the delivery person would only leave it at the curb and it was pouring down rain that day. I asked to have it brought up the driveway, onto the porch, or somewhere out of the rain. They refused. So I had to refuse delivery . Ultimately I was able to reschedule delivery on a day when it wasn't raining. Then I had to unpack the entire crate that day and bring all the items inside since it was left at the curb and it was supposed to rain again. 3) I am not handy at assembling furniture at all so I hired a handy man who has done a great deal of work in my home and my relatives homes. He does carpentry and sheetrocking, so should be able to put together a piece of furniture. It took him 10 hours and he said the instructions were the most unclear and difficult to follow of any he has ever seen. And as he was trying to figure it all out, the assembly was complicated by the fact that there were 4 parts missing. 4) There is no phone number where you can call this company. None listed on the website and none that I could find by searching the internet. You have to send an email and wait for a reply, I sent an email about the 4 missing parts, and got a response that they would send the parts to me. It took 3 additional weeks to receive the box with the missing parts. 5) When I received the box, there was STILL A PART MISSING! So we STILL could not complete assembly. At this point, it was 3 months after I placed my initial order. And, again, no phone number - you have to send an email and wait for a reply then wait for things to be shipped. 6) The furniture itself is overall good quality, but the shelving (which is the whole point of a giant piece of storage furniture) is held in place by small plastic pegs and is inherently unstable. When you pull out the "drawer" off that shelf, the whole shelf tips forward and if you're not careful, everything in the drawer spills. THis is disappointing in an item meant for storage and at this price point. Overall, I am not sure if I would purchase this item again. It was a huge investment of money and so far has not brought me any benefit, but has brought an incredible amount of frustration. I do think that when I finally receive all the parts, it will be very helpful - though the unstable shelving will always be a major, major flaw and will make it more difficult to use as well as less enjoyable to use. If you choose to invest $3500 with this company, be prepared for the significant headaches you will have in trying to get your furniture delivered and assembled, as well as how difficult it is to contact anyone at the company when you have a problem. I would say do not purchase this item at all, except for the fact that I have not been able to find anything else on the market that comes even close in terms of the amount of storage in the compact space.

Hi! Have the Workbox and the Sewingbox and have to say I love them both. I have one comment on the Workbox which is not necessarily a complaint - more of a wondering. I don't have my doors completely full yet but have quite a bit in them. Nothing too heavy. When I go to close my Workbox, the doors seem to touch on the bottom inside. I have to be so careful - don't want to scratch up this beautiful furniture. Any suggestions on what we could "tweek" to make this better? It also is sitting on a very cushy carpeting - maybe that is part of it. Any suggestions would be appreciated! I love, love, love these products!
