Mick's Landscaping Is a real easy company to work with. We work with the grass farm for the best quality sod. No job too big. Mick's can deliver as few as 1 pallet up to 20 pallets at a time to install. Each pallet of grass covers 450sf. Since we work with the sod farm he grass is cut just before we arrive to you. No price is worth dead grass. No wonder Dave moved upped the install date, must have been left over from the previous week. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! The worst part was Dave admitting when seeing my photos that it was old cut- but gave the "no guarantee" line rudely. Even if it looks mostly green, it will mostly die. When the exact rectangles of sod a week later is brown and dead, exactly next to those that are green, it isn't water, light, shade or soil- it is badly grown or badly cut, or old sod mixed with new. Call me at 281-682-7891 and come see, or email [email protected] and I will send photos Better it was left alone. Delivered late, the last 4 palletes on the semi stacked 2x2 against the cab (first loaded) and tight cable straps dropped at my location at 3:30pm on a hot day. Crew began after 5pm, so cut in was at dusk. Dry rolled on contoured prepared draining backyard, as no faucet was opened except to fill their roller, street light on dusk when two partial pallets were stacked one on the other and left out front of gate to yard. Next morning saw the top partial pallet a lively green and laid on the sidewalk nicely outside the gate to water. When I pulled the empty pallet off the top of the other partial pallet ( of the four ordered and paid for) it was sundried, immature, and yellow burnt, any green was pale and short. Good and dead mixed and a mess, disappointed grand children crying- no integrity- and they claim to be the Farm? Horrible!
