Terrible service! Paul installed a sink in the upstairs of my house. We had hot water for about two months, and then it went cold. Called him, he said it was a mixing valve. I never received a invoice in August of 2012. After calling him several times in between I received my invoice January 3rd, 2013. I called another plumber to look at the issue. Cause the sink didn't even have a mixing valve. The plumber looked at and said he hooked it up wrong. Had another plumber come for a second opinion and he said the same thing. Come to find out Paul hooked the water line up to the line that refills the toilet water. Awful experience. Called Paul, he offered to fix the problem, but has rescheduled his appointment because he says he was busy. Absolutely horrific experience. It is now january 21, 2013 and I am waiting for him to correct his mistake. I recommend you don't use his services.
