Chris came in and finished a disaster that was left by another plumber.I was so grateful that he let me know of potential problems that could have accrued with the gas line. He upgraded the gas line and installed a noritz tankless water heater and gave a less expensive, almost foolproof solution for just a small increase in total job cost. With the rebates offered, costs were reasonable and the knowledge was priceless. We are happy and they have earned a customer for life.
