Avoid Parkview Property Management at all costs. Our family had a horrifying nightmare of an experience with them (particularly Henry H.). One of the units was filled with INSECTS (flies, mosquitos, cockroach/beetle). Many of the key amenities were not working or broken! This should be deemed a safety hazard. I contacted the manager (Henry). Instead of helping or even sending someone to take a look, he berates me. He brags about his stellar reviews, saying that he manages many properties. And no one else complains. If there really was an insect infestation, he would have heard about it from the other people nearby. Wow. The most unprofessional, worst company, hands down.
