I am very disappointed in this company! The installer that was sent to put my carpet in John William chance come to find out is a child registered sex offender. He was convicted of second degree rape on a 13 year old little girl a few years back !!!!!! As a mother of two young daughters I found this very upsetting not being informed of this in advance before he came into my home!! Especially after finding out that the owner of the company is an x Baltimore city police officer!!!! This is very disturbing and I am contacting the better business bureau!! People should know in advance what kind of people they are allowing into our homes! Shame on you Timmy Brietenback!!!!!!
