Her approach to therapy is holistic and eclectic, drawing from many therapeutic disciplines, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Rogerian, Gestalt, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Methods include conventional talk therapy and additional techniques such as mindfulness, progressive relaxation, role playing, inner-child work, and visualization.
