Worst landlord ever. Had sewage backed up in my basement and Don Martin blamed me for the plumbing issue, then told me his maintenance man could not get to it right away and that in the meantime, I should use the bathroom down the street at Quicktrip. Found out from the tenant who lived in the house after me that the bathroom had black mold in it and started growing actual live mushrooms from the flooring. Don Martin is a SLUMLORD and renters beware!!!
