I was sold a lemon from a Ford dealership in Colorado. It started overheating in just a few miles after hooking it up to our 5th wheel. We took it to NM Diesel Power and within an hour of looking at it, they told me that this truck was not worth the trouble when they could have made a bundle by putting a new engine in it and charging extra for me being stranded. Instead, they proceeded to help me by faxing all their diagnostics to the dealer. They then stored the vehicle for me for 2 months while we waited for resolution from the Colorado Board of Dealerships. These guys are straight shooters. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate their help.
