Mark Holbrook took a $1000 deposit from us, and despite agreeing to cancel the contract, he has not returned any of my deposit. He claims to be a good family man, single dad, etc, and yet he has flaked evert time he said he would return the money. He has an F rating from the better business bureau, complaints with the attorney general's office, and many bad reviews. I'd stay away from this crook.

On 5/2/2016, I provided Mark Holbrook with $600.00 as a deposit for tree/stump removal. As of today, 11/14/2016, he has not completed the service he promised and has not provided me a refund. Below, is how Mark Holbrook conducts business: -He will ask for half the payment up front and tell you a general time frame he will be there (ex. sometime next week). -He will not show up during that time frame. -When you follow up with him via call or text, he will either provide an excuse and another general time frame or will not respond. -When you continue to follow up with him via call or text, he will not respond at all. -If you ask for a refund via call or text, he will not respond. Absolutely, DO NOT give Mark Holbrook money and DO NOT hire Mark Holbrook.
