can't keep a promise Pros: I wish I could describe any Cons: full of cons I was contacted by Vijay from Neelinfo for Validation position in MI and for some personal reasons I couldn't join or start the project but then i was asked to refer a friend for the same position. I referred a friend and he was offered the job and was given a start date of joining. But when I asked Vijay for a referral bonus - he denied it and refused to pay. This is totally unprofessional and sad.
