The owner Steve Nagle is unbelievable unprofessional. I just take over building, so I call him to get my elevator inspection. The previous owner owns him some balance, he wants me to pay the balance. Since it's not my bill, I told him it's not my responsibility. Since he insisting I pay for someone's else bill. I decided not to use him. He then call the dept of labor to say bad things about the building and create problem for me. He is truly unprofessional, do yourself a favor, don't ever use him for anything. Don't even call him for anything. If your building's previous owner owes him money, he will come after you.
