Not a recommendation - Mr. Sturge had a scheduled appointment with me for April 2, 2013 at 2:00pm. He did not show up and later blamed an inspector at another job he was on for his lack of keeping the appointment. He then stated that he wanted "to make it up to me" and requested rescheduled appointment time of 9:00am for the following Tuesday, April 9, 2013. On Sunday, April 7, 2013, Mr. Sturge responded in the affirmative to a Text-message reminder from me for the date and time of the April 9, 2013 appointment. However, at 11:30am on April 9, 2013 - two and a half hours after the rescheduled and confirmed appointment time, Mr. Sturge called me to ask me what time he was supposed meet with me to conduct the service. This was a completely reprehensible act of negligence in business, demonstrating an utter and complete lack of customer care and concern.
