I spoke and met with Oscar same day. I really didn't think I would find anything right away because of a past broken lease. Oscar didn't dismiss or brush me off. We met within an hour of me contacting him and he absolutely called it on the apartment that is now giving me the opportunity to start over. The apartment is perfect, well below my budget and works perfectly for me. I will say that Oscar is very knowledgeable in his profession. He is personable and on top of his game!!
