Heritage Hospice serves the central Kentucky counties of Boyle, Garrard, Lincoln and Mercer.

Heritage Hospice's team of nurses, social workers, home health aides, volunteers, chaplains and bereavement counselor provide quality end of life care in homes, nursing homes, assisted living centers and hospitals. A Transitions program also serves patients receiving curative treatment.
