Life Sport Fuel is a nutrition club- we are here to help give you a choice in the diet you choose- we offer our delicious shakes for breakfast and lunch and up until 5 PM weekdays and Saturday 11-2 we serve them with a 16 oz energy tea ( green/ black tea -antioxidant ) we also serve occaisional sample pan cakes which have 10 grms of protein per cake.
