On May 30, 2012 my father ordered a large teddy bear for my sister who was in the hospital for a brain bleed. We had problems getting the order in and when we finally did we expected delivery in 4 to 6 days. The credit card company we used shows a credit of 200 dollars taken out on this date. She says she did not recieve the bear. I have been trying to call Joyfay for two hours now with no response and we called and left messages today and yesterday.
