Experimental Latin Jazz Ensemble

Started in early 2009, the band Kelulu is a mix of Latin Jazz, Flamenco, Bembe, Afro-Cuban and Puerto Rican Son, Huapango, and eclectic genres of modern Rock. It's members, Jorge Urbina (Guitar/Latin Percussion), Noel Hernandez (Guitar/Vocals/Auxillary) Jay Smith (Piano/Keys/Synth), Alex Lopez (Latin Percussion),Mike Montano (Electric Bass), and Melanie Evans (Flute/Auxillary) are commited to taking these genres in a direction never imagined.
