this guy is very unfriendly, my family and i went in there a couple years ago and he yelled at me in front of my wife and kids because he did not like what i wanted him to do to my saddle, i told him "hey its what i want" and he said that it was a stupid thing to do to a saddle in a loud and frighining tone, and we left and have not been back since
