This pain centre has one of the worst customer service departments we have ever come across.In particular Kailin is the rudest young lady and should not be working with people in pain if she has no compassion.And then to lie about a later appointment which was never actually offered to make us look wrong is the act of a despicable person.I will repost this as often as I can as I'm sure that she will try to erase this post

I am a patient of this clinic, unfortunately I have to agree with the other people who have complained about this clinic. I would NOT go to them if I had any other choice. Unfortunately I am from Out of State and I cannot find a good pain clinic in Washington. I wonder if it has to do with the horrible "no opiates" law of Washington. I never had this problem in other states. Personally I think we need to overturn that Horrendous law. I realize I may not have quoted the law exactly, forgive me. Look on the Web, to sign up to overturn the law.

i recommend, you not use this clinic for pain, if you really are hurting. they are rude and disrespectful as the receptionist and the nurse both. They don't like to answer their phones so its impossible to get an appointment, or have your file transferred to a new Dr. And when you call and leave your number for a call back... don't expect to get one. Cuz they don't return calls for anything. Maybe when this Dr's bread and butter is gone he will come in and ask why... because to my knowledge... no one has ever seen this Dr Li. He never goes to work. I wonder if hes a real person. This is a poorly run practice that needs an overhaul. I have no issues with the physicians assistants, they are nice people, but i expect to see my Dr when i request it. I'm not big on physicians assistants, they are to limited for me. That's why i pay to see a DR. Wendy Karr
