I certainly would never recommend MF Property Management. Mike Froelich never returns calls and if something breaks in your apartment it will never get fixed no matter how many times you call Mike and the maintenance person, who actually doesn't know how to fix anything in the first place.

Good luck trying to contact this property manager. He is awful.

I definitely would not recommend MF Property management company to anyone seeking to rent an apartment. The supervisor over te management company never answers or returns phone calls from tenants. It is impossible to communicate with the property managers, they can't even speak English. If you have an issue it will never get resolved, perfect example of " SLUMLORDS" very unprofessional somewhat of a business!!!
