I don't post reviews often unless I have a really bad experience or a really good one. The recent irrigation repair that Emerald Isle did was one of those great ones. A couple years ago I had two problems with my sprinkler system in the spring. I called a different company and after waiting several weeks they came for an hour, fixed one problem and said they'd have to come back for the other issue later. They never came back. This spring I had another blown valve and the same second problem since I never got someone else lined up for it. I contacted Emerald Isle and they responded very quickly. The guys that came out were hard workers and conducted themselves very professionally. After they fixed the issues, rather than darting to the next job, they walked my yard with me while cycling through the zones and identified other issues that I was unaware of. They found wet spots in the yard and quickly found a buried drip line with no plug and then found another spot where a spike for some stone work done years before had nicked another line and was now creating a large underground leak. After they left I went back out to see how they filled the holes. It took me a minute to figure out where they had dug and if I hadn't known roughly where they were, I would have never noticed anything. I'd even go so far as to say they left my lawn looking nicer than when they arrived. I highly recommend working with Emerald Isle and at our next HOA meeting I plan to suggest them.
