I had a wonderful experience doing business with COLTON MATTRESS FACTORY. The owner, Mike Emerson, was tirelessly patient and helpful. I went shopping for a new mattress when my body was hurting, and I believed it was partially a result of sleeping on an old futon. Mike helped me make what felt like the right choice by answering questions, honestly and directly. He did not try to sell me with a lot of BS about the latest trends. He showed me what they can make in their factory, and explained the pros and cons of all options. I had concerns about synthetic materials in a latex mattress, and he gave me the straight story. I ended up firming my futon with a board underneath for the time being, and Mike graciously refunded my deposit on the mattress I had ordered. I will definitely shop with him again when I am certain my futon has breathed its last breath - which may be sooner rather than later! I could not find anything written about the company when I went searching online, and I just want to give COLTON a big thumbs up for their customer service, showroom, and products. It's a very cool thing to be able to buy something made locally, and to have it custom built to spec!
