I give this place one star because the great sales staff, and finance staff that they have earned them an extra star. But let's talk about the service department.. They boast about their maintenance for life deal. Well! I have a brand new Dodge Ram with a defect from the factory that I brought in to the dealership to get fixed 3 times. Not once or even twice. But three times. Only on the third time for them to tell me that I will need a new windshield, and they gave me a number to call because they don't deal with that type of thing and was told that they would notify them of the issue. After calling this place MULTIPLE times, I finally got through to someone who then claimed that they couldn't help me and referred me BACK TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! So I call the service department, yet again and left a message. No word back. So, I call AGAIN and notify them to please contact the windshield service to inform them of the issue. Once contacting the windshield service AGAIN I was notified that they didn't have any appointments and it couldn't get fixed. So here I am, STILL WITH THE ISSUE and no fixes in sight. So, save yourself. Bill Luke Dodge in Phoenix is the way to go!
