Asphalt contractor, Paving contractor At Asphalt Maintenance and Paving our dedication to the asphalt industry is all we know and it shows. I built this company from the ground up following the simple principle of offering honest work at a fair price. Asphalt Maintenance and Paving has been doing business since 1991. We’ve grown from a two-man operation to having multiple employees and crews. Our business expanded from seal coating driveways to a full-service, one-stop-shop in the early 2000’s (including the acquisition of an Eau Claire-based asphalt maintenance company, The Tar Guys). Thanks to loyal customers and increasing demand, our expertise has grown by leaps and bounds. It’s what gives us our edge when we tackle your most demanding projects.
