I offer restorative yoga, yin yoga, T-Tapp classes as well as private sessions in these modalities. I also offer Reiki sessions. By appointment only What started as Tamara's Holistic Wellness has now morphed into restorUphoria. I feel it fits better with my overall mission. I now have a centrally located studio at 10730 Pacific St, Suite 29, in the Shaker Place Building. I promise to connect with women through services that help you find balance and uncover your inner peace and happiness to live a more authentic life full of love that bursts from an open heart. I have come to see myself as a Wellness Catalyst. Steps towards a new journey begin somewhere and if I can help spark or fuel that connection to oneself that has been set aside, then at the end of the day, I'm a happy girl! I offer small classes (maximum 6 people) to connect best with clients. I utilize Schedulicity for booking appointments.
