Plannerzone conducts qualitative research that helps businesses build the most effective strategy for advertising, product development, and channel marketing. Through our research we distill the consumer experience into a compelling narrative so that brands can understand what makes ads effective and products a joy to use. Roughly half our work is ethnographic in nature. We also have extensive experience in online venues for both qualitative and quantitative studies.
