The Steak Knife Restaurant & Lounge is the only steakhouse in the Smithville area. We specialize in USDA Choice steaks from Paradise Locker Meats in Trimble, Missouri. All of our entrees are fresh, never frozen. We grind our our hamburger and blend in trim from our aged steaks to create a unique "Steak Burger".
