All of our entrees are fresh, never frozen. We grind our our hamburger and blend in trim from our aged steaks to create a unique "Steak Burger". We hand cut and batter our fresh onion rings, chicken strips, pork tenderloins and more. We are more than just amazing steaks. Our many signature items such as the SK Burger, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Stuffed Pork Chop and others have garnered quite a following, as well as local recognition.
