Do not buy or rent houses from this company. They put my daughter and son in law with my 8 month okd grandchild in a house was told was move in ready and had to be completly rewired. After they got in the house spent several hundred dollars on plumbing not to mention his so called electrician he had quit her job because she said the wiring wasn't even really the right wiring and she couldn't continue knowing the wiring she did would catch fire ofcourse we have all text messages and voice and video recordings to prove everything . not to include they had to move the foundation was literally caving in on them. And to make matters worse when they moved in they had biy new hot water heater so when they left they took it. Next we know the property manager told them he was going to sue if they didn't replace it and made them take the 150$ they got for the sale of the water heater to help pay for their moving expenses. They had take that to him. They are sorry people.
