Would buy from again. I selected a bridal set for my upcoming marriage but had a few questions. Almost all of my emails were answered within 1 to 2 hours. Email is the best way to get in touch with them. The rings are exactly as described and pictured. They went way out of their way to help us make the purchase. Initially we did not think we needed to contact the bank ahead of time because my boyfriend buys a lot of expensive diesel truck parts online and the purchase price of the rings was not an exceptionally large online purchase for him. Turns out we did need to pre approve the purchase. The bank was closed for the weekend so Topazery held the rings for me until Monday morning. The rings were shipped when promissed, after payment had cleared. I received them a little over a week after we placed the order. Overall it was a very positive experience and I am very happy with my new rings.
