We are a Periodontic practice, practicing in St. Charles, Illinois for over 25 years. Over the years we have grown from one to two practicing doctors and a staff of 21, are space had become limited. A few years ago, we made the leap to become a completely chartless practice. The monthly fee involved with off-site storage compared with having all documents converted to digital files at your disposal really made our decision simple.
