Do you have $10,000 extra dollars sitting around? Big problem first, there have been 3 fires in the last few years here in VICTORIANA CONDOS IN VOORHEES, NJ and they've added assessments that we have to pay above and beyond our usual HOA fees (which they raised during this time). Year one was an extra $190 per month ($2,280) Year two was an extra $290 per month ($3,480) Now they are demanding $290 per month ($3,480) for this year too That's over $9,000 (and that's just so far; they say these assessments will continue) You can't sell because your HOA fee is outrageous now with the extra $290 added to it. Nobody would buy it. So you're just scr3wed and they don't care. We've been learning a lot about how much they care since the fires (if you have trouble paying, they come out and paint VISITOR on your parking spot so you'll lose your assigned spot, so they're childish and petty too). So that's what you can look forward to if you buy here (DO NOT BUY HERE). If they wanted to add $75 or $100 per month that would be one thing, but where do they think people are getting an extra $290 per month on top of their own real bills? Oh that's right, they don't care (and they won't care about you either if you make the same mistake I did and buy a condo in here). These people are out of touch with reality and it's not a real great place to live anyway. Just off the top of my head, here are some other things you can look forward to: We put our trash bags on our front lawns for pickup. All of us. So 2 nights a week the lawn will have a big pile of garbage on it. There's no pool. There's no playground. There's no anything as far as amenities go that you would find in a real condo neighborhood. If you have an issue and need something taken care of, it takes weeks or months to get them to fix it. You just go back and forth with them and then they fix it incorrectly repeatedly before they can finally get it right. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. Anywhere else.
